2. I have sent several emails, but no one from Topline has responded - Why?
Most likely we have been attempting to reply to your email. Unfortunately, your email service probably has a filter system that is blocking our email replies (For Example: AOL email service blocks more emails than any other service). Please try contacting Topline via a different email service or update your email filter system options.

3. How can I determine the total shipping cost for my order?
Since your shipping cost is determined by the total weight of your order, your shipping address, and possible shipping options - You simply select your scale(s), enter the quantity, enter your billing and shipping information, and click on the "Continue" button.

Once you have completed these steps, your total shipping cost/options will be displayed. As noted - USA customers will have FOUR (4) shipping options (i.e. Ground, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air, and Next Day)

Please note that you do NOT need to enter your payment information to obtain your shipping costs.

If you would like to continue shopping, simply hit your back button on your browser until you reach your shopping cart - then click on the "Continue Shopping" button.

4. Will there be any duties and/or taxes assessed on my order?
Customers will be responsible for any country-specific import duties, fees, and/or taxes associated with their shipment. However, if you reside in Minnesota USA, you will be assessed 6.875% state sales tax on your product total (shipping cost will not be taxed).

5. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes. When you order online with us, your information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This software will encrypt your personal and credit card information, which will provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience.

International customers who wish to make payment via a credit card must process their payment via an authorized International credit card. Contact your credit card company if you are unsure of your credit card preferences.

No. We value your business and keeping your personal information private is important to us. We NEVER share or sell any personal information. Your information is safe and secure with us.

7. What countries do you ship to and what payment methods are available?
We ship most of our scales to the following countries: USA and Canada. Please refer to each scale's shipping details for further information.

International customers who wish to make payment via a credit card must process their payment via an authorized International credit card. Contact your credit card company if you are unsure of your credit card preferences.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
You can process your order with VISA*, MasterCard*, AMEX*, or DISCOVER* to ensure fast and easy order processing and the fastest possible shipping.

International customers who wish to make payment via a credit card must process their payment via an authorized International credit card. Contact your credit card company if you are unsure of your credit card preferences.

*Please note that if you make payment via your credit card, your name and billing address that is listed on your credit card account, must MATCH EXACTLY with the name and billing address listed on your order. If this information is not an exact match, your order will be delayed since it will require manual verification.

Any credit card which is suspected to be fraudulent will be reported immediately.

For YOUR safety and security, we are extremely diligent on investigating and reporting credit card fraud!

9. When will I receive my order?
As you know, Topline is not the delivery service, but is only using their services. However, we usually process and ship orders by the next business day. For your convenience, we have provided some general shipping timeframes.

USA - Regular*
USA - 3 Day Air**
USA - 2 Day Air**
USA - Next Day Air
Canada - International Priority Mail

5-7 business days 
3 business days (delivered by end-of-day)
2 business days (delivered by end-of-day)
Next Business Day (delivered by 3pm)
5-15 business days

*Most USA orders will ship via Ground service. However, if you have a PO BOX, APO, or reside in Alaska or Hawaii, your order can only ship via USPS Priority Mail.

** Next Day Air and 2-3 Day Air orders must be placed by 12pm (CST) in order to be processed and ship the same business day (M-F). Please call 1-877-253-6017 to ensure your order will ship that day.

***As you may know, since September 11, 2001, Canada and other International shipments are taking much longer. If your order has been delayed by the delivery service, please be patient. As we noted above, we are unable to provide any tracking information.

10. Can I obtain a tracking number for my shipment?
Only orders shipping via 2-3 DAY & NEXT DAY AIR services in the USA will have tracking numbers. To obtain tracking information, you must contact Topline using the on-line form found on our Contact Us page.

In order to keep our prices low, we are unable to provide tracking numbers for FREE Shipping orders or to other countries. However, you will be notified when your order ships.

11. My scale just arrived and it is not working - What should I do now?
Even though we carefully package every scale to prevent damage, rough handling during shipment can cause the sensitive electronics in the scale to fail during or soon after delivery. We apologize that your scale has been damaged in transit (DIT).

However, your scale is covered under our warranty policy and Topline will replace the scale directly and ship a NEW unit to you at no cost.

*Please note you must return your scale with the proper Return Authorization Form (RAF). Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To obtain the Return Authorization Form (RAF), you must use the on-line form found on Topline's Contact Us page and provide us with the order number, model number, purchase date, and a description of the problem.

Once we have this information, we will email you the RAF information for submitting your warranty claim.

12. The user manual is missing, how can I obtain another copy?
To obtain a copy of your user manual, please contact Topling using the on-line form found on our Contact Us page and provide us with the order number and model number of your scale.

13. Is there any way to protect a scale from damage caused by liquid spills?
Some scales have sealed displays to resist spill damage, but they are not waterproof and may still be damaged by spillage. If you plan to weigh liquids on your scale, then it is recommended that you place a clear plastic cover, such as a plastic bag, over the entire scale. Unfortunately, if your scale is damaged by a spilled liquid, the manufacturer's warranty will be void.

14. Who do I contact if I have a warranty claim?
To contact Topline regarding your warranty issue, please use the on-line form found on our Contact Us page and provide us with the order number, model number, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Once we have this information, we will email you with instructions for submitting your warranty claim.

15. Do you offer wholesale pricing or any quantity discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for purchases of five (5) or more of the same scale. Please contact us if you would like a quote for a quantity discount. In addition, we also offer wholesale pricing on many of our scales.
